A French Gilded Empire table/mantle clock pendulum Circa 1810. The basement of the pendulum decorated with two putti in relief. On the basement the Greek muse Erato, standing next to a rectangular book rag and in her hand on a lyra. In the rectangular book rag a clock with white enamel dial plate with roman numerals and iron hands. The clock with an 8-day spring-driven movement and anchor escapement and silk suspended pendulum. It strikes the full and half hours on a bell with count wheel striking. Franse Vuurvergulde Bronzen Mantelklok Circa 1810. Afmeting: 53 x 13 x 38 cm.
