This diploma is signed by the King Albert Ist of Belgium. Twee onderscheidingen: ‘Yser’-Medaille en ‘Oorlogskuis 1914/18’ Samen met gekleurde oorkonde voor soldaat Lievin Lammens (Geb. 14 maart 1888) van het 9e Artillerie Regiment van het 50e Batterij. Gesigneerd door de Belgische Koning Albert-I Afm: 46 x 31 cm.
